I have been researching and curating high quality health and wellness products over the last two decades to support myself, family and community in healing, clearing, balancing and optimizing greater joy, vitality and healthy aging.

My passion and curiosities for natural products and holistic therapies began while working at a local natural grocery store in 1998 and then many different integrative and holistic health centers after that. Over the last two decades, I have chosen, sought out, gathered, researched, synthesized and sifted through data and information on products and technologies that support humans + planetary consciousness since that first initial spark igniting me down the holistic wellness path.
